Chengdu VISA Requirements

Before you travel to Chengdu, please check your visa requirements and make sure you have a valid visa if needed, or if your passport needs to be valid for a minimum period.

The hotel will also require a copy of the passport for pre-check in.

Arrival and Departure Arrangements

For your convenience, shuttle bus services will be arranged for arrivals and departures at both Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. The shuttle buses will run on scheduled timings, which will be shared closer to the event date.

Please make sure to enroll for the shuttle service via the confirmation link provided after successful registration.

 

 

 

Weather and Packing

November in Chengdu is characterized by cool temperatures, with average daily highs of approximately 16 °C (61 °F) and lows around 10 °C (50 °F). The climate remains relatively stable, with minimal diurnal temperature variations, and freezing temperatures are uncommon throughout the month.

The weather is predominantly cloudy or foggy, with minimal rainfall. Despite the low precipitation, the persistent fog ensures that the air does not feel excessively dry.
