He has worked on numerous projects in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, serving in roles such as contractor, project supervisor, design consultant, and client representative. His portfolio includes large scale entertainment complexes, university campuses, nursing schools, hotels, and large-scale residential developments.

Beyond his engineering career, Mr. Fung has been an active member of the Macau Institution of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (AEEMM), joining its Council in 2018 and assuming the Council Presidentship in 2021. During his tenure, he spearheaded multiple high-profile conferences and seminars to advance energy efficiency, sustainability, and carbon emission reduction.
